WARREN BREAUX - Corporate Director National Sales - Eastern Division
Oversees all corporate national sales initiatives  for the company including the expansion of Benchmark's National Sales Team in order to support the company's aggressive development plans. Previously  he was the Director of Sales and Marketing at  Lansdowne, Benchmark's East Coast flag ship resort.  Prior to joining Benchmark he spent 10 years with Gaylord Hotels, overseeing the sales and marketing efforts of both Opryland the National Harbor project in DC.  He also  served 23 years with Hyatt Hotels in various senior management positions including overseeing Hyatt's worldwide national sales efforts.

TERESA WINFIELD - Western Division
Teresa Winfield serves as National Account Director for Benchmark Hospitality International responsible for the oversight and management of accounts based West of the Mississippi.  Previously, Teresa was Area Sales Manager for mTm Luxury Lodging, where she developed key account relationships for Willows Lodge and The Woodmark. She is an active member of Professional Convention Management Association and Meeting Professionals International.
